स्पेस फैशन शो/अंतरिक्ष वेशभूषा कार्यक्रम के लिए दिशानिर्देश और प्रतियोगिता का तरीका
Guidelines for Space Fashion Show / Space Costume Event and Mode of Competition
For class 3rd to 6th ( 3rd से 6th कक्षा के लिए )

• स्पेस फैशन शो/अंतरिक्ष वेशभूषा कार्यक्रम - इस कार्यक्रम में प्रदेश के समस्त जिलों में स्कूलो/विद्यालयों से ऐसे कुछ बच्चो का चयन इच्छित स्कूलो/विद्यालयों द्वारा किया जायेगा। जो कि इंडिया स्पेस वीक द्वारा विभिन्न देशो के एस्ट्रोनॉटस ¼Astronauts½ की वेशभूषा एवं भाषण का प्रदर्शन करेंगे। स्पेस फैशन शो का कार्यक्रम 13 अगस्त 2023 के सायंकाल तक पूर्ण कर लिया जायेगा। प्रत्येक स्कूलो, विद्यालयों में से प्रथम, द्वितीय व तृतीय स्थान पर चयनित छात्र/छात्राओं का चलचित्र (अपकमव) स्पेस फैशन शो ऑनलाइन माध्यम से दिनांक 22.08.2023 को मुख्यालय में प्रेषित किया जायेगा। दिनांक 18.09.2023 को मुख्यालय पर गठित समिति द्वारा परिशीलन किया जायेगा। उसके उपरांत सभी स्पेस फैशन शो में से प्रथम, द्वितीय एवं तृतीय पुरस्कार प्राप्त करने वाले छात्र/छात्राओं का चयन करेगी। प्रथम पुरस्कार की धनराशि 10000 /- द्वितीय पुरस्कार की धनराशि 5000/- एवं तृतीय पुरस्कार की धनराशि 2500/- देय होगी। दिनांक 20.10.2023 को मुख्यालय द्वारा प्रेषित किये जायेंगे।

  Space Fashion Show / Space Costume Program - In this program, some such children from schools / schools in all the districts of the state will be selected by the desired schools / schools. Which will showcase the costumes and speech of Astronauts from different countries through India Space Week. The program of the Space Fashion Show will be completed by the evening of August 13, 2023. Films of students selected in first, second and third place in each school will be sent to the headquarter on 22.08.2023 through online space fashion show. On 18.09.2023, the committee constituted at the headquarter will be scrutinized. After that, the first, second and third prize winners will be selected from all the space fashion shows. 10000/- for the first prize, 5000/- for the second prize and 2500/- for the third prize will be payable. Will be sent by the headquarters on 20.10.2023.




• आयोजन में भाग लेने के लिए एक वैध जीमेल आईडी अनिवार्य है
  A valid Gmail ID is mandatory for participating in the event.

• एक ही ईवेंट के लिए एकाधिक पंजीकरण करने के लिए एक ही जीमेल आईडी का उपयोग नहीं किया जाना चाहिए।
  Same Gmail ID should not be used for making multiple registrations for the same event.

• इसमें कक्षा 3 से 6 तक अध्ययनरत विद्यार्थी ही भाग ले सकते हैं।
  Students studying in Classes 3rd to 6th only can participate.

• प्रतिभागियों को स्पेस फैशन शो/अंतरिक्ष वेशभूषा कार्यक्रम की तीन फोटो/तस्वीर लेनी होगी। साथ ही तस्वीर के लिए एक उपयुक्त कैप्शन भी देना होगा।
  Participants will have to take three photographs/pictures of the Space Fashion Show/Space Costume Event. Also a suitable caption has to be provided for the photograph.

• प्रतिभागियों का मूल्यांकन तस्वीर और कैप्शन दोनों के आधार पर किया जाएगा।
  Participants will be evaluated based on both the photograph and the caption.

• बिना कैप्शन के भेजी गई तस्वीरें अस्वीकार कर दी जाएंगी।
  Photographs sent without caption will be rejected.

• प्रतिभागियों द्वारा स्पेस फैशन शो/अंतरिक्ष वेशभूषा कार्यक्रम (अधिकतम 5 एम.बी ) के रूप में 22 अगस्त 2023 शाम छह बजे तक अपलोड हो जानी चाहिए।
  Space Fashion Show / Space costumes by the participants in the event (Maximum 5MB) should be uploaded by 22 Aug 2023 by 6 PM.

कौन भाग ले सकता है
Who can participate

• इसमें कक्षा 3 से 6 तक अध्ययनरत विद्यार्थी ही भाग ले सकते हैं।
  Students studying in Classes 3rd to 6th only can participate.

उपयोग किया जाने वाला माध्यम
Medium to be used

मोबाइल, कैमरा या किसी अन्य फोटोग्राफिक उपकरण का उपयोग करके फोटो खींची जा सकती है।स्पेस फैशन शो/अंतरिक्ष वेशभूषा कार्यक्रम में इंडिया स्पेस वीक और स्कूल का बैनर लगाना अनिवार्य है। फोटो/तस्वीर खींचते समय बैकग्राउंड में इंडिया स्पेस वीक और स्कूल का बैनर आना अनिवार्य है।

Photograph may be taken using mobile, camera or any other photographic equipment. It is mandatory to display the banner of India Space Week and School in Space Fashion Show/Space Costume Event. It is mandatory to have India Space Week and school banner in the background while taking photo/picture

स्पेस फैशन शो/अंतरिक्ष वेशभूषा कार्यक्रम सभी राज्यों में आयोजित की जाएगी।
The Space Fashion Show / Space Costume Program will be conducted in all States.

पुरस्कार
Prizes

• विजेताओं को पुरस्कार और प्रमाण पत्र से सम्मानित किया जाएगा।
  Winners will be awarded with prizes and certificates.
• प्रतियोगिता में पंजीकृत सभी प्रतिभागियों को प्रतिभागिता प्रमाण पत्र दिये जायेंगे।
  Participation Certificates will be given to all the registered participants of the competition.

स्पेस फैशन शो/अंतरिक्ष वेशभूषा कार्यक्रम के लिए अपलोड करने की अंतिम तिथि 22 अगस्त, 2023 है। प्रतिभागियों को अपलोड के दौरान फोटो/तस्वीर (.जेपीजी,jpg, प्रारूप, 5 एमबी से कम आकार) अपलोड करना चाहिए।

The last date of uploading for Space Fashion Show/Space Costume Event is 22 August , 2023. Participants should upload the photo/image (.jpg, format, size less than 5 MB) during upload.
