Guidelines for Speech-discussion Competition and Mode of Competition
For university and college students (विश्वविद्यालय और महाविद्यालय के छात्र/छात्राओं के लिए)
For class 6th to 12th ( 6th से 12th कक्षा के लिए )

• भाषण प्रतियोगिता -उक्तानुसार भाषण प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन उक्त तिथियों में स्कूलो, विद्यालयों, कॉलेजो, विश्वविद्यालयों, महाविद्यालयों में किया जायेगा दिनांक 16.08.2026 को इंडिया स्पेस वीक द्वारा निर्धारित किये गए विषयो में से किसी एक विषय पर भाषण हेतु प्रत्येक छात्र/छात्राओं को 3 मिनट का समय दिया जायेगा। प्रत्येक स्कूलो, विद्यालयों, कॉलेजो, विश्वविद्यालयों, महाविद्यालयों में प्रथम, द्वितीय व तृतीय स्थान पर चयनित छात्र/छात्राओं के भाषणों को ऑनलाइन के माध्यम से दिनांक 20.08.2026 को मुख्यालय को प्रेषित किया जायेगा। दिनांक 15.09.2026 को मुख्यालय पर गठित समिति द्वारा भाषणों का परिशीलन किया जायेगा। उसके उपरांत सभी भाषणों में से प्रथम, द्वितीय एवं तृतीय पुरस्कार प्राप्त करने वाले छात्र/छात्राओं का चयन करेगी। प्रथम पुरस्कार की धनराशि 5000 /- द्वितीय पुरस्कार की धनराशि 2500/- एवं तृतीय पुरस्कार की धनराशि 1250/- देय होगी। दिनांक 20.10.2026 को मुख्यालय द्वारा प्रेषित किये जायेंगे।

  Speech competition -Speech competition will be organized in schools, schools, colleges, universities, colleges on the above dates, on 16.08.2026, each student will be given 3 Minutes will be given. Speeches of students selected at first, second and third place in each schools, schools, colleges, universities, colleges will be sent to the headquarters on 20.08.2026 through online. On 15.09.2026, the speeches will be scrutinized by the committee constituted at the headquarters. After that, out of all the speeches, the students who will get first, second and third prizes will be selected. 5000/- for the first prize, 2500/- for the second prize and 1250/- for the third prize will be payable. Will be sent by the headquarters on 20.10.2026.

• आयोजन में भाग लेने के लिए एक वैध जीमेल आईडी अनिवार्य है
  A valid Gmail ID is mandatory for participating in the event.

• एक ही ईवेंट के लिए एकाधिक पंजीकरण करने के लिए एक ही जीमेल आईडी का उपयोग नहीं किया जाना चाहिए।
  Same Gmail ID should not be used for making multiple registrations for the same event.

• विश्वविद्यालय और महाविद्यालय के अध्ययनरत छात्र/छात्राओं ही भाग ले सकते हैं।
  Only students studying in university and college can participate.

• स्कूलों, कॉलेजों, विश्वविद्यालयों के सभी छात्र
  All Students of Schools, Colleges and Universities

• प्रतिभागियों द्वारा भाषण-चर्चा की ऑडियो-रिकॉर्डिंग (अधिकतम 20 एम.बी ) के रूप में 22 अगस्त 2026 शाम छह बजे तक अपलोड हो जानी चाहिए।
  The Copy (maximum 20 MB) of the speech-discussion audio-recording by the participants should be uploaded in the form of by 22 August 2026 by 6 PM.

कौन भाग ले सकता है
Who can participate

• विश्वविद्यालय और महाविद्यालय के अध्ययनरत छात्र/छात्राओं ही भाग ले सकते हैं।
  Only students studying in university and college can participate.

• इसमें कक्षा 6 से 12 तक अध्ययनरत विद्यार्थी ही भाग ले सकते हैं।
  Students studying in Classes 6th to 12th only can participate.

उपयोग किया जाने वाला माध्यम
Medium to be used

भाषण प्रतियोगिता की ऑडियो-रिकॉर्डिंग ऑनलाइन अपलोड करने के लिए मीडिया फाइल का उपयोग किया जाएगा।
The media file will be used for online uploading of the audio-recording of the speech competition.

राज्य
State

पेंटिंग प्रतियोगिता सभी राज्यों में आयोजित की जाएगी।
The painting competition will be conducted in all States.

पुरस्कार
Prizes

• विजेताओं को पुरस्कार और प्रमाण पत्र से सम्मानित किया जाएगा।
  Winners will be awarded with prizes and certificates.


• प्रतियोगिता में पंजीकृत सभी प्रतिभागियों को प्रतिभागिता प्रमाण पत्र दिये जायेंगे।
  Participation Certificates will be given to all the registered participants of the competition.

भाषण-चर्चा प्रतियोगिता के लिए अपलोड करने की अंतिम तिथि 22 अगस्त, 2026 है। प्रतिभागियों को अपलोड के दौरान भाषण-चर्चा ( मीडिया फाइल प्रारूप, 20 एमबी से कम आकार) अपलोड करना चाहिए।

Last date of upload for the Speech-discussion Competition is 22th August, 2026. Participants should upload the Speech-discussion (Media file format, size less than 20MB) during upload.
